Why can I think of 100 reasons
something can't or shouldn't be done,
and struggle to think of why
a thing can or should be done?
Could I be asking
the wrong questions?
Maybe can and can't and should
and shouldn't are unimportant.
What's left, then, after the
raucous circus troop of can can'ts and should shouldn'ts?
Desire.
Pure. Real. Attractive.
"And He shall give you
the desires of your heart."
That's all the matters.

- I have 48 years of stories to share: I am a mother of two daughters who constantly challenge me to be me; I am married to the first man I fell in love with (nearly 30 years ago); I own, with my partner, two businesses in the real and the virtual world; I have lived on four continents, lived across the street from a leader in the PLO, had tea with the Queen of England, met an angel in Germany, and still freak out when my 21yr old forgets to call and say she arrived safely at her destination. Cannot is a poor cousing to can. Poor little should not will never have any fun at all. So long live CAN and forward march SHOULD until the desires of your heart have been met!
